New Job Going Well

After three months on the new job, I feel like I'm making great strides. I've vastly improved the work environment, making it far safer and more manageable. I have new equipment on order, and due for delivery this week. I'll be configuring everything next week, and hope to be in 'production' before Thanksgiving. Not bad since my boss originally gave me 'only' six months to accomplish all these tasks, and I'm going to have them done, and done exceedingly well, inside of 4 months from my first day.
