CISSP

I'm studying for the CISSP exam. Tonight we had a guided study session, but the 'leaders' have me a little concerned. They're showing DVDs to a classroom full of people via a projector, and I don't think they have the proper license for that type of presentation. One of the 'leaders' said they have a private viewing license for this material.

Question: If a mentor is violating copyright law while teaching a class on respecting various codes of ethics and obeying and enforcing the various laws in the US, should I as a student say anything, or just get the heck out of dodge, and study on my own?

Do you have some reason for not believing his answer?
